Vezalius turned to Wilson and smiled bitterly, with his flat wallet in his hand. “If we don’t give up, I’ll have to skip dinner. Let’s come here next time, though I’m not satisfied.” He saw the other person’s hands gripping the lever tightly, with his eyes not leaving the doll stuck at the edge of the hole for a single moment. “But this is what you want…” he mumbled.

「沒關係，至少已經有了成對的不是嗎？」Vezalius將書包翻了面，露出小巧的吊飾。他的是一般版的原味可頌，而Wilson的是限量版的楓糖可頌。Wilson神情複雜地看著兩人的同款吊飾，小聲碎唸：「我想要送Zali巧克力口味的。這樣就不會只有我一個人得到限量版的。」對方輕笑幾聲，隨後悄悄牽起他的手，在袖口和側背包的掩飾下他們得以十指交扣。Wilson的手指瑟縮了下，最終還是生硬地接受對方自然的動作。他並不熱衷於肢體接觸，Vezalius反倒習慣以此表現情感。對方突如其來的親吻總能截斷他源源不絕的話語。可他倒也不反感，而是緩慢地學習接受對方與他截然不同的愛情語言。
