しかしなぜコイツがここにいるんだ？
ガンガンと痛む頭を押さえて一旦状況を整理する。
たしか、俺はあそこに置いてあったお茶に手をつけたはず……。
そこから先の記憶がない。
クソっ、どうせ睡眠薬を盛られたってとこだろう。
「なんの用だ？用があるならさっさと拷問なりなんなりしろよ。クソ野郎。」
「今日はその必要はないかな。」
「あ？だったら何だってんだよ。」
アイクは俺に近寄ると、ゾッとするような甘美な声で囁いた。
「用があるのはね、君の身体なんだよ。」
俺の身体……？一体何考えてやがるんだ？

(part 2) There's a hint of desperation in the silence.

The patient, who has no decent skin at all, lays trembling in his bed, watching people putting leeches on his wounds, bit by bit. He has gone through this many times before, but he still feels a flood of terror.
