Conditions for circle participation
・Circles that handle at least one work (illustration, manga, novel, goods, etc.) from KAIICHI.
*Free exhibition of works, distribution of paid fanzine and other fanzine works, online printing, acceptance of air sketches, etc. are all possible at KAIICHI, regardless of whether they are new or previously published works.
・Please read all the information on this event page and understand the precautions.

Notes on the work.
Please read and abide by the guidelines regarding the secondary creation of "Project Sekai: Colourful Stage feat. Hatsune Miku" guidelines regarding derivative works.
This coupling-only event includes characters covered by Crypton Future Media, so please make sure to read the Crypton Future Media character usage guidelines.

is event is for KAITO × Ichika couplings only, and the distribution or display of works with other coupling elements involving KAITO and Ichika is strictly prohibited.
*If the main work is KAITO x Ichika, it is possible to have other couplings appear. Please state the coupling in the question box when applying for a circle. Please do not abbreviate the name, but write ◯◯×▲▲. (e.g. Toya × Saki) For virtual singer couplings, please also specify the Sekai.(e.g. Len(Leo/need)×Honami) If you wish to feature other couplings in your Kaiichi main work, please make sure to include a note on the circle cut or on the item description.
*Only online printing is not allowed to depict other couplings.
*Circles dealing with R18 (adult-oriented) works must clearly state on the circle cutout or description that the work is R18, and distribute or display the work using media or websites that allow for age verification. Online printing of R18 works is prohibited.
*The sale of derivative work data by downloading for a fee or by order is prohibited. (Free exhibition and free downloading are permitted.)
*The exhibition and distribution of works that use official images, screenshots of official applications, etc. or works that are indistinguishable from official works is prohibited.

★Common precautions for circle and general participation

・Screenshots and videos may be taken and posted on social networking sites.
Screenshots and videos may be taken in the exhibition hall, but please take screenshots using the shooting mode displayed in the top left corner of the screen, or crop and edit them yourself so that other people's avatars, user names and circle spaces are not included when posting them on social networking services. Circle participants are free to post screenshots and videos of their own space on social networking sites. However, if there are other participants in the shop, please make sure to ask their permission.
Please refrain from using language or behaviour that may be offensive to other participants and from including R18 content when chatting.
・Trouble in the event on the day of the event
The event organisers will not be involved in any problems between participants, but will take measures to forcibly remove participants from the venue or refuse their participation if they are found to be causing trouble or breaking the rules at the venue.
In the unlikely event of any problems occurring in the venue, please contact the organisers.

★Planning in the Web Only Event

In commemoration of the Kaiichi Web Only Event, we are planning an event that you can participate in without any restrictions, regardless of whether you are a circle participant or a general participant.

・Kaiichi survey
Response period: 0:00 Friday 9 June 2023 - 23:59 Friday 11 August 2023
A survey on Kaiichi will be conducted. The results of the survey will be announced on a special website on the day of the Only Event.

・On the eve of the Only Event project. Kaiichi 1 hour in the evening Drawing/writing
Duration: 22:00-23:00, Saturday 9 September 2023.
On the day before the on-going event, a one-night-only Kaiichi 1 hour in the evening Drawing/writing will be held.
The theme will be chosen from the Kaiichi survey questions, two keywords that were particularly popular and one keyword chosen by the organisers on a hunch, regardless of the number of entries received, for a total of three keywords.
The subject will be announced on the event's management Twitter account one week before the eve of the festival. You can use only one of the keywords or a combination of keywords.
Flying, being late or overtime is also allowed, so please feel free to participate.
At 23:00, please post on Twitter with your work and the hashtag #カイいちワンドロワンライ. The hashtag will be retweeted by the event's Twitter account. Please note that those without the hashtag will not be retweeted.

Notes
・The work must be an illustration, a comic strip, a novel or something created by the applicant.
・Please note any special settings such as feminisation, masculinisation, parody settings, age manipulation, etc.
・Please make sure to use services such as privatter and Poipik that are not accessible to minors to post R18-designated material (depictions of sexual acts or scenes that remind us of sexual acts, expressions of bloodshed, etc.).
・Works with only other CPs other than Kaiichi, CPs with different partners between KAITO and Ichika, and works with reverse CP expressions are prohibited. (The two as a duo is OK.)
・Unauthorised reproduction, torresing or misappropriation of official material is prohibited.
・It is not allowed to be used in conjunction with official tags such as "プロセカ" and "prsk_FA", which are often visible to the general public who are unaware of coupling expressions.
