Temma-kun is in a loop like Miyabi, he's forever 20...until he becomes a full-fledged knight or something, right
I imagine he prolongs that as long as he can to keep Miyabi (and others) company, but eventually he has to graduate from being 20 years old, after all. That explains how his kid, 100 years later, might not be so old yet (or maybe the same logic applies to his kid - staying in a certain age until they reach a certain point).

ミケネコ令嬢はおもらさない！第1話《トイレのタイミングはお金で買えない！》　四月の半ば。

　傾いてきた明るい午後の陽射しが昇降口に差し込む。窓枠を影とした黒線がタイルと青いプラスチック製の簀子に引かれている。
　緩い溜息を吐いて、金と黒と白の三毛尻尾が左右に揺れる。不満を表す猫のしぐさ。
　同じく三毛の模様をした毛並みの三角耳ばかりがぴんと張られて立つ。

「遅いですわ……このリティーヌを待たせるなんて」

　その耳の先もついに低く下して、下駄箱へと背を預けた。
　背を預けてから気付いたように下駄箱から軽く弾き離れて、背を軽く払う。
　また溜息ひとつ。
　ずれた赤い眼鏡のフレームを直し、縦に巻いた艶のある金の髪を整え、輝石装飾の施された小魚髪留めを付け直し、昇降口の方を向く。
　トパーズとブルートルマリン、オッドアイの半目には少々の呆れが滲む。
