If it means harm or even death, people should be allowed to experience all forms of life. Longevity is not a guarantee. Not all people will live to see highly advanced ages, nor will they live past newbirth. Which is why all people regardless of age should value all forms life and live life to its fullest, including sex and to what ever extent they prefer.
2) You also mentioned that I am an adult in the relationship with a partner of my choice. As mentioned I discarded the totalitarian label of adult long ago because I realized how much of a façade adulthood is.
