The Red Gundam pilot, Char Aznable, a Captain of Principality of Zeon’s army, switched on the communication line on his mobile suit and start speaking. ‘Skin-to-Skin Commline’ mark was shown on the display inside the cockpit.

Nemo crouched behind the wreckage of a broken FlyiFish Aircraft, one hand gripping his damaged Splattershot, the other trembling uncontrollably.


The blood-red sunset bled over the muddy shores of Marooner’s Bay, the air thick with a bitter, metallic tang of salt and rust.

And there he was—that salmon. Eyes burning with a stubborn fire that words couldn’t capture.

◆◇今夜もウサギの夢をみる◆◇Scene8・9　藍良にもらったアルバムをスマートフォンのアプリで聴けるようにし、買ったばかりのワイヤレスイヤホンで聴く。普段あまりそういったことをしないのだが、藍良の影響でできるようになったことや慣れたことが沢山ある。週末には録画した歌番組を観るようになったこともそうだ。
　藍良に関係のあるものに触れながら過ごす日常は、より充実している。
　電車の中で藍良のSNSをチェックしていたら、丁度更新していた。今週の大体のシフトとお店のイベント情報、藍良個人の配信の告知があった。僕はSNSは情報収集にしか使用しておらず、自分からは何も発信していない。ただ、藍良はこれが僕のアカウントだと知っているので心を込めて「いいね」をタップした。

　クリスマスも正月も、驚くほど何もなく過ぎた。
　冬期講習のバイトで忙しかったし、年末年始だからといって実家に帰る時間もなかった。
　少しだけ変わったのは、藍良がときどき僕と店の外で会ってくれるようになったこと。僕が来店した日に、藍良が早上がりだったらという条件つきだけれど、藍良がシフトを細かく教えてくれるようになったのでほぼ毎回、駅まで送らせてもらっている。
「いやお前、それはいいように使われてんなァ」
　ダイニングテーブルをビールの缶で叩きながら兄が言った。友人の部屋を渡り歩いている兄が珍しく僕らの部屋に帰って来ているので、僕は晩酌に付き合っていた。覚悟はしていたけれど、藍良とのことを色々聞かれた。
